Treatment for Misophonia:
Sequent Repatterning Therapy

Sequent repatterning therapy (SRT) is one of a very few therapeutic techniques that has been developed specifically to treat misophonia.  It is a layered, multi-step approach which disconnects the emotional response from involuntary physical reflexes. The process creates lasting change, resulting in an average 70% reduction in severity for most clients.

As a therapist with lived experience of misophonia, I truly understand the condition from the inside out. I use SRT in combination with psychodynamic psychotherapeutic methods, because I know first-hand that it works.
